Reading Bucket List

1. The City of Bones Series. By Cassndra Clare
One of my friends has already read this serious of books and she had told me that they are really good and intersting. She has told me alittle about these books and she said I should read them. She also has said that they are way better than alot of books she has read before.

2. The Time Travelers Wife. By Audrey Niffenegger
I chose this book because I have seen the movie to this book before and I was interested to see if the book was just like the movie. A sad, but kind of confusing story. Well it was kind of confusing to me. It was still a great story about two people that are in love. I really like romantic books. It also said that this book what number one for a while on the charts.

3. Pretty Little Liars Series. By Sara Shepard
Pretty Little liars is a hit tv show that everyone watches and it a great show. I watch the show every tuesday and i love it. It has romance, mystery, and horror in it and thats what makes it great. The season just ended and wont come back on until October and I was interested to see if the books were as good as the shows. Im sure I will get addicted to the books like I am to the show on ABC Family.

4. Travel Team. By Mike Lupica
Ive heard Travel Team was about a person who tries their hardest to be on a basketball team. Well I can relate to that because I play basketball as well. And I have also played on a traveling team before. It really tough to get started on a new team and that mainly whats its about. I want to read this book because its about a sport I love to play and I can really relate to this book Im pretty sure.

5. Cinder. By Marissa Meyer
I found this book online on Amazon just looking through the website. So I clicked on it cause it looked intersting. I read some of the reviews and they said that at first they wasnt sure if they would like this book or not, but once that started reading it they got sucked in to the book and couldnt put it down. It kind looks like a Cinderella type book or kind of like romance book.

6. Heaven is For Real. By Todd Burpo and Lynn Vincent
My mom has read this book multiple times and so has my aunt. They said they loved it and could not put it down. Its about a little boy in a coma and that he says that he went to heaven and when he wakes up and tells his parents what he had seen. He had seen family members that had passed already and that he had talked to them and he described heaven. It sounds really good.

7. The Lying Game. By Sara Shepard
This book is by the same author that wrote the Pretty Little Liars series. I found this book and it is supposed to be like the Pretty Little Liars but with a different twist to it. Since I love her first series so much and im addicted to it Im pretty sure I will love this one to.

8. The Clique series. By Lisi Harrison
I went to google and typed in what books are similar to Pretty Little Liars and I found several different books and serious. This serious has about 10 books to it and its like the same story as Pretty Little liars, but it doesnt have a murder or anything its just about teenage girls lives.

9. The Doll People. By Ann M. Martin
I found this book on Amazon and this is another book I have found that is close to Pretty Little Liars series. It had said in reviews that the girls in this book are like Alison. Just like popular girls trying to control the school and very mean to the people below them.

10. Alphas Series. By: Lisi Harrison
This series is by the same Author as the Clique series and I think it just continues on from the previous series. Except its about college girls and them trying to control everything and they are very popular.

The Titanic!

The Titanic was supposed to be an amazing ship to be on, unsinkable and just so beautiful. I was having a great time aboard the ship until that dreaded day came along, April 15, 1912. Captin Smith was supposed to get us to New York saftley without any malfunctions. We just entered the Pacic Ocean and I thought we was moving along just fine, but i thought wrong. What Captin Smith did not tell us was that we had hit an ice berg. He had ignored multiple warning of ice bergs around our area, but yet he did not care. It was not even a hour later and the unsinkable ship started to sink! Everyone started panicing and trying to get around before the ship broke in half! Luckly I got on the fifth life boat to be put out. Yet I could not stop thinking about my father, brother and boyfriend left on the ship. My mother was sitting with me and we were praying for there survival. We sailed out on the life boats and it wasn't long before we meet a large ship. They took us aboard and took us to our destination, New York. It was atleast a week later once we got settled down and my father, brother, and boyfriend still have not shown up. They are either dead or they may possibly survived. I still have hope for that. I do not forgive Captin Smith for what he had done. It could have been prevented if he only had listened to the experts. I could still have my family all together with me if it wasnt for that man. I will never forget that dreaded day the unsinkable ship had sank.

pity or no pity..?

No, i dont think the nazi deserves pity. He was apart of killing the jews and wittnessed all of it. In the book it says "Then another truck came up full of more Jews and they to were crammed into the house with the others. Then the door was locked and a machine gun was posted opposite." The Nazi wittnessed all of this and he did not try to stop it or do anything about it. He knew how they were feeling: sad, hurt, dying inside, unwanted. He didnt care about them. Then their were familes that jumped out the window trying to get out of the burning house. This Nazi was the one that got to shoot those people that jumped out the windows. Even little kids. He said' I dont know how many familes tried to jump out the windows but that one family I shall never forget-least of all the child. It had black hair and dark eyes..." That child reminded him of Eli, but he still had to watch them suffer.

Forgiveness

Two boys open fire in a high school, killing several and wounding many others. Recently, there has been a shooting at westside in Jonesboro,AR. The shooters were students from the school and they radomly brought in guns and started shooting. The reason he started shooting up the school was because he had been bullied by some of his class mates. They only killed a few people, but wounded many of them. No, i dont think these students should be forgiven because they had a choice of getting help and just trying to talk it out with someone, rather than killing some inocent people and hurting many others. Also, causeing hurt to many familes.
